The National Agricultural Education Show is unique because it offers an uninterrupted platform for young people in and out of school to exclusively showcase agro-related innovations.
The Show also helps young people to learn, debate, develop partnerships, mentor and be mentored . The ultimate goal of the National Agricultural Education Show is to contribute to a critical mass of young people fully motivated, knowledgeable, and skilled to take up the vast gainful opportunities in the agriculture sector of Uganda. The National Agricultural Education Show shall further enlighten students and other stakeholders in the other education sector on the contemporary trends and emerging trends in the Agricultural sector and career advancement.
The National Agricultural Education Show brings together young people in and out of school, young innovators and youth champions, learning institutions ( primary, secondary, tertiary, farm schools and other TVETs)
The Show also features innovative technology exhibitions by young people and other value chain actors, side events such as tailored enterprise training, school debate competitions, youths in agriculture-oriented policy dialogues, life skills mentorship sessions sharing of success stories from youth champions, awards for outstanding youths in Agribusiness & fanfares for youths will be part of the event.
