The Livestock Directorate of UNFFE focuses on organizing, coordinating and empowering livestock farmers affiliated to UNFFE, so that they are in better position to harness economic opportunities along livestock value chains.
UNFFE livestock Directorate focuses on targeted capacity building and delivery of an array of Business Development Services to livestock farmers and farmer groups which include; technical capacity building, bridging of information gap, fostering market linkages, facilitating linkages to affordable credit, etc
The overriding objective is to create efficient, productive and viable livestock value chains which should translate into enhanced incomes and subsequently improved livelihoods.
