Mr. Gumisiriza heads the policy research and advocacy department at UNFFE. He is a member of various committees like the agri-profocus advocacy thematic group, Ugandan team on the EPA negotiations and the chairperson of the UNADA National Advisory Council. He has spearheaded advocacy campaigns on developing agricultural finance strategy and development of district ordinances in 7 districts. Caleb holds a Masters Degree in Management of development from Van Hall Larenstein University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies from Makerere University.
