Mr. Kabaale has been in farming since Childhood and currently he sits on the National Executive Committee of UNFFE as the Secretary for People with Disability. He is also the chairman for Iganga District Farmers Association. He carries vast experience in a number of developmental fields like engineering, telecommunication, management, data networks among others. He is committed to improving the status quo farmers with disability in Uganda.
