Mrs. Jolly Kateeba is a Ugandan Farmer and the Secretary for Women on the National Executive Committee (NEC) of Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE). She is also an active member of the Kasese District Farmers Association. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), Certificate in Administrative Law from Law Development Centre, Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University (UCU) and Diploma in Social Work and Social Administration from UCU.
Besides the Professional training, Mrs. Kateeba has been the Chairperson Local Council (LC) V NRM Coccus at Kasese District Local Government, also Sub county woman councilor, She at one time participated for best farmers in the Western Region and won for Garlic farming and also she has also formerly worked at Hima Town Council as Human Resources Officer.
