Noelina holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance of Kyambogo University. She is currently doing her Level two with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has a ten year working experience in the directorate of finance supporting the team in providing timely financial reports, audit reports, resource mobilization strategies and proper accountability of organizational funds. She is an ambitious hard working individual with good reporting and writing skills, record management skills, interpersonal skills, high sense of initiative, good judgement and able to work in a multicultural team environment. Her main objective is to contribute to the development of new technological systems of financial reporting at the Federation.
