Mr. Ocitti is one of the serious Farmers in Northern Uganda and he also happens to be the Chairman Nwoya District Farmers Association. He currently sits on the National Executive Committee of UNFFE as the Secretary General. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Development Studies from Gulu University and a Diploma in Law from Law Development Centre (LDC). He is the former Vice Chairman Nwoya District Local Government and Former Magistrate Gulu. He has experience in leadership and handling legal matters.
