Cephas holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Management and Geography from Makerere University. Other qualifications include, certificates in HIV/AIDS Counselling, Policy Research, Community Nutrition Management and Financial Literacy. Has been engaged in community development for 20 years. He is currently a team member in the policy research and advocacy department spearheading the implementation of the federation’s advocacy strategy. He is also coordinating the Green Youth Livelihood Project that seeks to promote youth employment both on farm and off farm. He is well grounded in environmental conservation, climate change response and adaptation, program management, capacity building, community mobilization, policy research and facilitating youth development. He is so passionate about sustainable agriculture value chain development. Has high interest in quality service and professional career development.
